The St. John Health, Providence Park Hospital was successfully activated on time in early September 2008. Our facility provides all the latest new concepts in healthcare to benefit our community and has been highly publicized during our successful opening. One of the supporting vendors that helped us achieve both local and regional recognition was D&L Communication Systems. D&L's assistance in installing the 300 plus unit, television system is state-of-the-art clinically and technologically speaking by providing the latest forward thinking system with a focus on patient care. This was our first experience working with D&L and as any project will have, as issues arise, D&L approached each as a willing partner and we worked together to resolving each issue. This contractor set them selves apart for other contractor's onsite and the overall project is better as a result of their participation. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to continue our relationship in the future.

The most impressive thing about D&L was their ability to adapt to changing environments. The scope of this project presented numerous opportunities for quick, decisive, and correct decision making. D&L consistently showed that they were capable of maintaining the hospital's best interest as they worked alongside the other trades. No delays, changes, or scheduling challenges were ever a major problem to D&L.

I have worked with D&L for many years as a member of the Facilities management team at St Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, so it was natural to use them as our preferred vendor in our campus expansion project. The project consisted of a 450K sq foot extension and the addition of 144 patient beds and an expanded Emergency Department. D&L provided a turn key solution; providing us over 250 flat screen televisions, DVD players and complete installation. The project went very smooth from beginning to end. I appreciated their commitment to detail and doing whatever it was that was asked of them. They were a big part of making our project a success.

The one thing that impressed me about D&L was that they were always available to our changing schedule and the commitment to really being a partner in the process. They took care of everything and made it easy for me to focus on other issues. They are professional and courteous to all they come in contact with. I would recommend them for any job big or small; they have the resources to do it all.

The thing I learned from D&L is that they take the time and go the extra mile to make sure all the details are covered. They attended project meetings and stood behind their products. They offered solutions as problems arose and used their talent and experience to make sure we were completely satisfied.
